The Warriors volleyball team dropped their home opener against Minnesota State Community and Technical College this past Wednesday night. The Warriors came out strong in set one, winning 25-17, but dropped the next three. The Warriors current record stands at 5-9 and 0-3 in the MCAC.

Ridgewater was led offensively by sophomore outside hitter, Elizabeth Koenen with 11 kills while freshman middle hitter Jordan Thein added 6. Sophomore Gabby Randt led the team with 3 aces.
Defensively, Randt led the team with 3 blocks while sophomore setter, Olivia Naatjes led the team with 13 digs. Sophomore, Morgan Hoffman finished second on the team with 10 digs.
The Warriors volleyball team is back in action on Friday September 22nd as they host Century College at 6:30pm.
The Warriors Trap team shot for the first time this season. The team results will not be released until this weekend, but individual scores are listed below. Michael Dietz, Tyler Loe, Anden Hoffmann, and Cody Sievert all led the team with a score of 45. The Warriors next competition is September 20th.
